Our Journey

For over 20 years, we've welcomed guests from across India and around the world. Unique Home Stays began with a simple belief that a stay should feel like coming home, not checking in. It's the same belief behind our motto, Atithi Devo Bhava: the guest is God.

We're not a faceless chain. We are your hosts, and we're here in person, making sure every detail is right.

Kondapur is the heart of Hyderabad's IT and business corridor, and we're at the center of it. Everything you need is close by:

• LV Prasad Eye Institute: 200 m
• KIMS Hospital: 1km
• Sarath City Capital Mall: 700 m
• HITEC City: 2 km
• AIG Hospitals: 2.5 km
• IKEA: 6.5 km

Whether you're here for work, a family visit, shopping, or a medical trip, you're minutes away from where you need to go. For patients and their families, being this close to some of Hyderabad's leading hospitals makes a stressful time much easier.

• Deluxe Rooms: Comfortable, well-appointed rooms for solo travellers and couples
• Studio Rooms: Smart, self-contained spaces for business travellers and longer stays
• 1BHK Suites: Spacious suites for families and extended stays, with room to relax

Our own kitchen prepares fresh breakfast and home-style meals for our guests. Our kitchen also takes orders throughout your stay, so a warm, home-style meal is always close by.

• 20+ years of hospitality experience: We know what travellers need, often before they ask
• Walking distance to hospitals and shopping: A real advantage for patients, families, and visitors
• Hands-on hosts: You deal with the people who run the place, not a call centre
• Clean, safe, and comfortable: Rooms prepared with the care we'd want for our own family
• Home-style food: Made fresh in our own kitchen

When you walk through our door, you're not a booking number. You're our guest. We promise a warm welcome, a comfortable stay, and a goodbye that makes you want to return.

Book your stay with Unique Home Stays and experience hospitality the way it should be.
